Nurses fill the leadership void

What I've seen is leadership vacuums common in this type of environment. Not unexpectedly it is the nurses who bring structure and order and as a consequence a relative calm to the various departments of, what is, a multi building hospital" says self deployer, Dr Eduardo Dolhun, member of Team Rubicon's medical staff. Dolhun assisted on this left below-the-knee amputation. A concrete wall fell on her leg during the earthquake.
