This blog exists only as an archive. It is a journal that serves as a window into my life as a Marine combat veteran serving in Iraq and Afghanistan; it was written with no filter, no politics and no agenda. Please feel free to follow my journey from beginning to end. Welcome to my life.

Growing exponentially

3 taptaps, two SUVs, 39 people going to two refugee camps, the hospital, the airport. This operation has grown exponentially. The greatest need (again) is for organization and leadership - making sure that the many hands and feet are going in the right direction. Jake Wood deserves a Soldier's Medal for this (or whatever the USMC equivalent is) - he is the driving force that keeps this operation mobile and effective. IMHO.
