Chef Ricardo Diniz

Team Rubicon Chef Ricardo Diniz, a Brazilian chef from Chicago, boils cabbage in preparation for dinner. The Jesuit Relief Service kitchen was relocated outside after yesterdays 6.1 earthquake. Despite the building being structurally damaged, cooks continued to use the kitchen until then. "I'm boiling everything to kill any bacteria. If is a banana or some fruits like this then I will not boil" says Diniz in his heavily accented English.
