Change of Command

Change of command. Team Leader and Team Rubicon co-founder Jake Wood works on briefing Rubicon 2 TL Gary Cagle, former medic and Army Major. Rubicon 2 is tasked with determining the viability of having Team Rubicon continue small scale medical operations after a 10 day post-disaster window.
